Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Emerson Candle Co. will fulfill and ship all orders received within 1-2 business days, except holiday season where shipping delays may happen. Local pick-up is processed within the same timeframe. We cannot promise same-day pickup, though we will be as accommodating as possible! All candles will ship using the cheapest carrier during time of payment unless otherwise stated. Please do not hesitate to reach out regarding any questions or concerns about your order.

For custom candle orders, shipping will be priced in response to weight and distance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Those of us at Emerson Candle Co. want you to be happy with your purchase. We realize that smelling a candle is a huge part of the process of choosing one.  Each candle has individual fragrance notes to give you an idea of what they will smell like. (Too bad we don't have the technology to smell through a computer or phone!) 

 

Any unlit candles can be returned within 2 weeks from your original purchase date. Once you have lit and started to burn your candle, we cannot accept a return on your candle. However, we would be more than happy to discuss how we can help in a future purchase if there is a fault in the craftsmanship of the candle . Emerson Candle Co. will not accept any returns on any custom candle order.
