A story of DETERMINATION

Hey there! My name is Justin Emerson, and I am an artisan chandler. I have had the pleasure of crafting candles for the last 12 years. I am a father of three wonderful children and the husband to the most fun and loving person on this earth, Candice! Each candle is thoughtfully crafted and hand-poured. I seek to combine luxury elements into simplistic vessels where quality, beauty, and function come together for a candle you can enjoy time and time again.

So, how did it all start?

Actually, I have my wife to thank for this. She is a professional wedding photographer (C. Hope Photography), and she wanted to give her clients a small gift in their welcome gift box. Instead of buying premade candles, I was determined to make them for her clients! Our kitchen turned into a science experiment, and I quickly realized that there was more to this art than just hot wax. Over the course of time, I have worked to create a product that is truly a candle that burns above the rest. With a growing fan-base here in Macon, GA, Emerson Candle Company has become a popular choice for shoppers across town. ​
