A story of DETERMINATION

Hey there! My name is Justin Emerson and I am an artisan candler. I have had the pleasure of crafting candles for the last 7 years. I am a father of two wonderful children, Micaiah and Elliott, and husband to the most fun and loving person on this earth, Candice! Each candle is meticulously crafted and hand poured. I really enjoy the process of making sure each candle is at its best both in quality, beauty, and function.

So, how did it all start?

Actually, I have my wife to thank for this. She is a professional wedding photographer (C. Hope Photography) and she wanted to give her clients a small gift in their welcome gift box. Instead of buying candles, I was determined to make them for her clients! Our kitchen turned into a science experiment and I quickly realized that there was more to this art than just hot wax. Over the course of the first 3-5 years I worked to create a product that is truly a candle that burns above the rest. With a growing fan-base here in Macon, GA, Emerson Candle Company was born and has steadily grown thanks to you!
